Calibrated Phase and Magnitude RF sensors from 500W to 3000W. Found pot (VR2) setting for zero magnitude detector setting varies by 700 ohms out of 10Kohms over power range. Phase pot (VR1) varies by 250 ohm when zeroed using 50 ohm load over power range, but there is a 3500 ohm (7 turns) offset to actually get good matching. This offset is not seen for the magnitude detector. Will look at match controller PCB, to find source of offset.
I was able to run all the recipes, which I tried, without dropouts provide I use previously determined tune and load pre-set values and did an O2 clean process before the test. The O2 process sets the before run tune and load settings. The recipes tested includes SOI and with and without the electromagnet.
