Comment stsetch2 SNF 2010-02-10 16:24:54: Users should check legacy recipes for plat temp setting

Legacy recipes will not set the platen temperature. I noticed I ran an old recipe and the platen temperature ran at 0C rather than 10C, but the recipe had not been enabled to set the platen temp. Changed recipe to actually set it.
