Tightened two swagelock water fitings inside the matching network.
Restarted the system. Had trouble getting the DeviceNet to reinitialize (heater section). Reset the heater controller.
Had trouble restarting the turbo pump. Found the process cooling water had been turned off.
Ran an O2 plasma for 15 minutes and also ran the Kevin SOI recipe with no problems.
