the liquid has a pH of approximately 5-6 according to indicator tape, meaning it is mildly acidic and likely not just water. the spill seems contained currently (saturday 8am) by absorbers but it spilled beyond the previously left absorbers. i'll monitor while i'm in here to see if it continues to expand. sign posted indicating possible shock hazard from the liquid under a tool with HV. for this reason i did not attempt clean-up.
