According to the error log, the SF6 was unable to open because a pressure controller fault shutdown the turbo pump. The log also showed that subsequent run using the same recipe ran with no problems.
Ran 2 wafers using the user's recipe (Korg-SuperSmooth) and was not able to duplicate the problem
