Defective quad opto-isolator chip (1 isolator was bad) and battery backup (UPS).
-Exchanged defective opto chip with another unused chip on the controller.
-Bypassed the UPS
-Ordered new opto chips and still troubleshooting the UPS
Ran 1 wafer with no problems. Will test more extensively tomorrow. If test are good, will release the system by noon.
