Shutdown stsetch2 SNF 2008-04-03 16:31:34: Wafer did not unload, stuck in chamber

During last few unload observed that wafers are not sitting centered on the wafer slot of unloader. He leak seems to be varying from load to load on the same wafer. Loaded out of adjustment?
