I found the machine with the lid closed and under enough vacuum it couldn't be opened. The machine did not detect the lid as closed and errors asking the user to manually close it.
Also, I found the machine stilled logged into a maintence account, not the production user account., and logged out and back in. (Seems like a concern to leave the machine not in the limited privilege account.)
